Eco Retreat Ecological Urban Area Project Quarter IV/2025

Eco Retreat Ecological Urban Area is located at Nguyen Huu Tri Street, Ben Luc Commune, Tay Ninh, developed by the Alliance of Ecopark Corporation Joint Stock Company and Nomura Real Estate (Japan). This is the first project in the Southern region developed in a therapeutic style, for physical and mental health recovery with 55% of the area being greenery/water surface, while also being the first comprehensive forest retreat project to appear in Vietnam.

Eco Retreat has a total investment of up to 17,000 billion VND, built on an area of up to 220 hectares with 9,251 products (including 4,300 apartments and 4,951 villas, townhouses), providing the capacity to meet the living, learning, and development needs of 19,217 residents.
